Disclosure of personal information is solely for Catalyst Search Inc.’s business purposes or as required to meet any legal or regulatory requirements. Your personal information is only disclosed to a client once you have provided verbal consent for us to do so. Catalyst Search Inc. will never sell, trade or otherwise give your information to external companies without your express consent to do so.

Catalyst Search Inc. takes reasonable steps to ensure that information provided to us is maintained in an accurate and complete fashion. It is your responsibility to review your information and ensure it’s accuracy.

We retain your information indefinitely and destroy it only when our Privacy Officer determines it to be obsolete. While Catalyst Search Inc. has implemented security precautions to protect the privacy of the information we collect, we cannot guarantee security or confidentiality against all hackers, other attacks or other security failures. While in our possession your information is stored on secured electronic systems which are password and firewall protected. Any hard copies of documents are housed in a secure file and all obsolete information is shredded.
