Catalyst Search works with Energy Clients of all sizes on a variety of roles on both a permanent and contract basis. We conduct searches from staff level through management in every Accounting and Finance discipline within Calgary's Oil & Gas sector.

Contractors who work with Catalyst Search will find the experience significantly different than other firms they may have worked with in the past. We offer the same commitment to disclosure and the same service as with our permanent searches, but we offer a unique level of transparency in how your compensation is managed. We understand the independence of consultants and we believe in facilitating your business. Our policies and the structure of our contract client relationships recognize these values. Consultants who work with Catalyst search are encouraged to form a relationship directly with the client company and are free to either invoice the client directly or go on temporary payroll where available. The benefits to contractors are obvious: complete transparency in what you are being compensated for your work, for both yourself and the client, no cumbersome timesheet obligations and a fostering of clear communication between the client company and the consultant.
